Jennifer Grubb is the owner of JG3 Group, LLC. She is a passionate Executive offering insight and experience improving business processes through the integration of modern technology.
Prior to establishing JG3 Group, LLC, Jennifer spent 3 years at the Carolina Panthers as the Payroll Manager, where she successfully led the ninety day implementation of a new HRIS system.
Previously, Jennifer was the Payroll Supervisor at Hearst Television, where she was tasked with documenting internal personnel and payroll processes in order to select a new HRIS system that would meet the dynamic business demands of the company.
Before joining Hearst Television, Jennifer was the Payroll Manager at Chiquita, where she was responsible for the transfer of payroll operations from Cincinnati, OH, to the new world headquarters in Charlotte, NC.
Prior to Chiquita, Jennifer worked within privately held and non-profit organizations, holding various positions in Payroll and Human Resources.
Jennifer has been involved, in various roles, in the selection and implementation of HRIS, accounting, time keeping, and travel and expense systems. Jennifer is a Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) that has broad knowledge of various system platforms which gives her the ability to work across all sectors of employers, and within all levels of an organization.
Along with JG3 Group, LLC’s partnership with Ceridian, Jennifer is also certified Ceridian Dayforce Professional including in Core HR, Benefits, Payroll and Workforce Management.
